Hello everyone and welcome to my channel. I am mostly focused on outdoor videos, product reviews, camping, boating and adventuring the outdoors. I live in FL and I am slowly turning this state into my personal playground 8-)
Loogu outdoor apparel review. Cargo shorts, short-sleeve shirt and poncho/sleeping bag.
I want to give a special thanks to the guys at Loogu. These items arrived on April of this year, but I went through a mental breakdown "Overworked myself" and stopped all RUclips activities. They were very understanding about this and waited on me, they even checked on me as well, I mean, who does that these days? Loogu does! Now, about the item on this video, the shirt is breezy and stretchy, the cargo shorts are breathable and quick drying, and the poncho is so freaking cool that I need to make a video of that thing once the cold weather comes back here in Florida. Perfect to blend in with the outdoor environment, they call them "Super Camo" and it is really camo, I love it! Hope you gu...

Going down the Ocklawaha River to check the Prairie Campgrounds
Просмотров 36221 час назад
Hello everybody! A while back I was looking at Google maps to see if I could find cool camping places on rivers. I remembered that I have been to the Silver River a few times but never wondered off to other places of the river, so I looked it up. To my surprise, I found a campground called "Ocklawaha Prairie Campground", on the other side of the Silver River, taking off from Ray Wayside Park so...
Boatstogo sent me a transom wheel tube prototype for me to try
Просмотров 41714 дней назад
Hello everyone! Boatstogo "alnk.to/2jM9pbC" contacted me recently, asking if I was willing to try out an experimental transom wheels tube that only uses 1 pin instead of 2. I obviously agreed, I love this stuff. Anyway, the tubes are supposes to allow you to use just one pin and be able to bring up and down the wheels without having to remove the pin at all. In this video you'll see that they g...
Visiting Makinson Island located in Kissimmee Lakefront Park

Hello everyone, and thank you for stopping by my channel. In this video, I originally planned to visit the Ocklawaha Prairie Campground located in Silver Springs, but the weather in that area was under heavy thunderstorms. To my surprise, while checking Google Maps, I noticed that there is an island called "Makinson Island" located in the Kissimmee Lakefront Park, 15 minutes from my house, so I...
Some key points to make your Hangkai 12hp outboard last a very long time.

Hello everybody! This video comes to you from the many requests I got since I purchased the Hangkai 12hp. I've had the opportunity to spend a lot of time using this motor and figuring out the kinks and how to address them to make this motor last just as long as any other major brand. The main issues come from the factory, lubrication to be exact. The gear case does not come filled like my Tohat...
Saturn FIK365 Inflatable Kayak water review

Hello everybody, and welcome! Thank you all for stopping by my channel. In this video, I take the Saturn FIK365 for a water review to east Tohopekaliga for the water review, and the kayak performed as advertised. This is the second inflatable kayak I ever try from Saturn and boats to, and there is this sense of security that this kayak gives that gives me confidence in the water. At no point I ...
TOPUMP TPS300 SUP pump review

Hey everybody! Thank you all for stopping by. In this video, the folks at TOPUMP sent me their TPS300 SUP self-powered inflator, and I gotta tell ya, this thing could easily inflate 4-5 SUPs with ease. I inflated my 10-foot SUP, and my 12-foor inflatable boat, and the machine still had 4 out of 5 bars left of battery. It can be used as a backup battery for small electronics like cell phones and...
Backyard Expressions Hammock Swing Stand Frame setup and review

Hello all! The folks at Backyard Expressions asked to me to into their catalog and see which items would interest me. I noticed the hanging hammock chair and I immediately picked it. Saturn FIK365 inflatable kayak unboxing and setup

Hello everybody! The folks at Boatstogo loaned me the FIK365 inflatable kaya for me to review. A few weeks ago I review the IK365, which is like the younger brother of the FIK365, and it tracked well but it does not come with fish rod holders, or extra padding for protection. Those would be the 2 main key differences between the 2 models, and in my opinion, having that extra weight on the kayak...
Outin Nano Portable Espresso Machine Review

Hello all, and welcome! In this video I go over some of the features of a portable espresso machine from Outin. When they first contacted me to try this machine I was a bit surprised that this even existed, I kid you not. Giga Pump 17 Review from Aerogogo

Hello everyone! The folks at Aerogogo contacted me to try their new Giga Pump 17, which is similar to their regular Giga pump, but turbo charged. The standard pump takes about 2 minutes to inflate a twin-sized Intex inflatable bed, while the Giga Pump 17 only took about 46 seconds. This thing is fast for how portable it is. I had a pair of swim trunks that looked like that..😀 Very helpful video by the way.
Thanks for watching 😊
You should speak to Ranger Todd who lives on the island. Pretty sure drones are not allowed.
It's been so many years that I honestly do not care. Nothing personal, I just don't care.
A beautiful run bud! 👍🙂👍
That was a fun trip!
Looks like some cool stuff for sure. Great review and well made video. I love to see your content.
Thank you 😊
Thanks for your post! I am shopping for some lighter camo gear for wildlife photography....this stuff looks like a winner. WOW, that poncho is great. Thanks man, stay safe.
Glad I can help! May your photos come out spectacular!
biggest question: does this tent leak?
If you keep all the windows closed during a storm, no, it won't leak. I left the tent semi-open at Big Scrub campground while taking off on my atv. During the ride it started to storm a lot, like really heavy. Once the rain stopped, I headed back to the campground only to find the tent wet. I had left the windows fully closed, it would have still be dry.
Hey Erick, does it matter which side you lay the motor down on when transporting it?
Any side would do since it is not a 4stroke motor. I recommend that you unplug the fuel line once you reach the dock and let the motor die while in the water. This will empty the carburetor and will not spill any gas once you lay it down.
@@ErickMartinSucre That's what I thought, but just wanted to make sure. Thanks for the tip on running it out of gas!
Glad I can help.
Great video
I appreciate that. Thanks 8-)

I did the same with used 30 year olds Hypalon Achilles boat. Hypalon faric is expensive, so I end up get another used Achilles boat for $50 on Facebook market place for parts LoL. The glue is expensive as well 1 sqrt of glue is about $40-$60 buck, or bunk 10 sqrt glue about $100.
Dude, that was clever of you buying a used hypelon boat.
What is the weight capacity of this towing boat?

What if you need parts? Carb kit, impeller.
You look up Tohatsu 9.8hp 2-stroke model parts. This is an identical clone of that model.
This is an awesome video. I did not know about it until I saw PatMac's video
PatMac us a cool dude. 😎
Thanks for watching 😃
Where do you get parts for these engines if you were to need parts?
You will look up Tohatsu 9.8hp outboard 2-stroke model parts.
I have a 3.5 Tohatsu on an inflatable. I was wondering if it would be any benefit, or just be ridiculous, to put a lightweight plastic foil on it. I saw some advertised and all the ads said the foils were for engines 5 hp and up. I was wondering what the reasoning is. I suppose maybe it just won't help under 5 hp, but appreciate opinions.
The 3.5s don't have the power to put a boat on plane, that is why. I hydrofoil will reduce the splashing of the propeller, but that's it, no other improvements.
Can you show how you would setup an anchor system with this?
I've never used one myself.
No helicopter chase? No alligators? What kind of a place is this
This isn't the Econ River, lol
Econ is my favorite , 2nd favorite : spoil islands
@boatsandoutboards9070 Econ is like 45 min from my house. That's why I like it, easy trip.
Very helpful!

Omg you are so funny!!!! You make me literally laughed out loud! 😂
Haha! I was having fun, it was a fun trip 😃
@@ErickMartinSucre It was fun watching your video!!!
@Wellwater52 Thank you so much 😃
Just got one. Peeled off 2 stroke and side decals. Ceramic coated tonight. Going to ad gear oil tomorrow and break it in. I dont like to use barrel too long to heat up water. This thing is replacing my really heavy new mercury 9.9 command xlt kicker for a 230 walk around.
Yeah, those 4 stroke models can be really heavy. This thing has the same weight as my 6hp Tohatsu. 60 pounds.
Your childlike joy is contagious! Makes me smile. We all need that kind of joy in our lives.
Thank you! I got a 2nd lease in life so I am making the best of it.
Bro that camping ground is sick makes me wanna go there now
I'm totally gonna camp in it when the weather gets cool
I might do a revisit video of Silver River/Springs
ECHAAAA clear water
Yeah, taking the side towards silver river is all like that.
Got my few days ago love it
Such a handy little tent. I see myself using most or the time. Easy to use.
Badass video bro. Glad I found your channel
Thanks dude! I appreciate that 8-)
What if you go downhill ? The head will be lower than the tail Water in the exhaust pipe may seep into the cylinders
I'm sorry, but none of that made sense to me.
@@ErickMartinSucre i made a shorts video for you. However, the manual warns about the oil spilling. Strange? ruclips.net/user/shortsp9i6I3TTCqE?feature=shared Water seeping through the exhaust line is a common problem.
Oh I see what you mean. To be honest, the water just comes out as I remove the outboard from the boat.
I’m waiting for my SIB to show up that I ordered and I just got my outboard Hangkai 12hp motor. I’m still waiting on my motor stand so I can prep it with the break-in period. Your videos have been super helpful and have given me confidence that I can do everything I need to get my new boat on the water. Thank you!
A pleasure and a privilege to be of service.

🦾
Where did you order it from?

Thank you Sir!
Always a pleasure to help 8-)
Quick question please, when break in time of the outboard motor...do I have to move from neutral to forward or all the time needs to be spend on neutral? Thanks
Neutral is fine. I did place it on gear a few times, but that is it. I recommend that you still use a high oil mixture when going to the water for the first time. You'll be doing a bit of break-in under load. I used a 35:1 ratio, but a 25:1 will work just fine, it'll just smoke a bit.
@@ErickMartinSucre I did not use oil mix...it is a four stroke and it comes with an oil compartment in the motor...I saw other videos with four stroke motors and they didn't mix the oil with the gasoline...fo you think I still have to that? I'm new to this👍
@ManuelMartinez-tz6pq OK, what is the make and model of the outboard you purchased?
@@ErickMartinSucre hangkai 6.5 4 stroke
@@ManuelMartinez-tz6pq Oh! My bad, I was under the impression you had the same as the one in this video. Yeah, you'll be ok. 4-Stroke outboards are far more forgiving when it comes to break-in. Just take it to the water, try not to push it too hard for the 1st 10 hours and you'll be fine. That's what I did with my 6hp Tohatsu 4-stroke outboard.
Oven mitts 😂
😄😁
Where did you get the wheels? What is the type or model number?
The ones in this video are Brocraft. amzn.to/4ewLf2d
Thank you for all the great content Erick. I'm an apartment dweller in the communist state of California. I've owned several boats in the pasts, but with my current living situation I'm unable to park a trailer anywhere. I just purchased my first SIB, super excited to get back on the water. Out of curiosity, do you know if it's possible store a 9.8 Tohatsu 4 stroke on its side with a hydrofoil installed?
Yes, it can be stored on its side. Just be sure to lay it down gently. I usually placed something on the bottom fun that would elevate the outboard a bit, keeping the hydrofoil fin above ground.
Thank you Erick 👍 I appreciate your time. You're the GOAT. I preordered the Saturn 11' Heavy Duty Boat XHD330. I'm honestly a little concerned with the overall weight of 140ish pounds. It's a little above your recommended 100ish pound limit from your other video, but I'm hoping once I'm on the water with 2 passengers and gear it will justify the additional weight. I'm 37 in reasonably decent shape, I should be able to man handle the boat with the aid of a hand cart. I own a truck as well, I'm hoping that will minimize the "pain" of transporting. I'm currently shopping around for a 9.8 Tohatsu 4 stroke. I was initially leaning towards a 6hp, but I think the extra power of the 9.8 will be the best option for my circumstances.
@@Criticaldrinker That is awesome, thank you! As for the weight, just transport the airdeck floor separately from the boat. This should reduce the weight by 20 pounds or so. You can always install the floor when you're ready to put it together at the dock. The 9.8 Tohatsu is epic! I owned it for about a year and the sold it, I needed the money at the time. Recently I got myself a Hangkai 12hp, which is a direct clone to the Tohatsu 9.8hp 2-stroke outboard.
Made you a quick short: ruclips.net/user/shortsZawMjCRRFUc
If the Hangkai 12 = 9.8hp and 6 = 4hp then 2hp motor = 0hp.
I'm not sure about the others, haven't worker with them.
@@ErickMartinSucre the mathematics doesn't add up, i never liked it anyways at school
@@Zanderman2000 To summarize, in order for the Hangkai company to sell their outboard clones, they cannot market them exactly as their main brand counter parts. The 12hp is a Tohatsu 9.8hp clone, and the 18hp is a Yamaha 15hp clone.
thanks
👍
very very good points my friend these are valid points they dont do from factory on these china motors, i always say, rather a greasy motor that runs for 30 years an just asks for its preventive maintenance? or a rusted corroded motor that dies constantly an starts to fall apart on the back of your boat lol...
Agreed, 100%.
Excellent review. Thank you. Your unboxing review is excellent as well!
That is appreciated, thank you! This model is what Lexus is for Toyota
I'm considering buying this motor, Thank You for the video!

I do omad with 30 minutes of exercise 4/5 days a week. I went from 211 to 189 in under 2 months 😮
Thats incredible 😲
the brocraft ones i have work fine, I don't see this as necessarily an improvement...what i really wish is that they would pre-install any kind of wheels.
The idea behind this is that one could place the wheels and have no need to remove pin. It needs more work, but once it does, it'll be a viable option for some of us.
Saludos from sunny south FL! Just a suggestion: wider tire, but flipped/inverted inwards via a deep dish plastic wheel. I have a set of something comparable for kayaks & iSups. Carry 4 at a time.
Excellent! Thanks 😊
Can this outboard motor be break in 10 hours straight or it needs a few hours for a few days? Thanks
I did mine in 7 days, running it for like an hour and a half everyday
You can run it 10 hours straight, but if you're using a bucket, the water will get really hot at 1 hour mark. You could place it on a boat at the lake and let it run, that could work.
@@ErickMartinSucre thank you so much 👍
@@ManuelMartinez-tz6pq Anytime!
Great job Erick ..✌️

Hi Erick, I love your videos. You've reviewed a number of different pumps on your channel. Which pump do you primarily use on a regular basis?
For like 6 years I used the Analog pump from boatstogo "ruclips.net/video/DuXeTTKVPwk/видео.html". It died at year 6 of a lot of use and abuse. Boatstogo caught up on what happened and they sent me this one "ruclips.net/video/QY5uunmeQ1E/видео.html" it is no longer available for sale since it was discontinued. Then Topump sent me this cool pump and I've been using it ever since.
Nice garage
lol, you mean my living room?
